The course aims to prepare the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills in project management planning, monitoring, evaluation and implementation and expose them to project Gantt charts and framework.

 

Day 1

  1. Establish the Project Organization

  2. Define the Project Parameters

  3. Plan the Project Framework

  4. Create the Project Charter

  5. Create the Project Definition Document 

  6. Develop the Work Breakdown Structure

  7. Develop the Preliminary Schedule

  8. Refine Estimates and Analyze Resource Commitments

  9. Optimize Tradeoffs (Cost, Scope, Time, Quality) 

  10. Develop Risk Management Plans

  11. Transition to Execution of Project Management Plan

Day 2

  1. Collect Status

  2. Analyze Variances (Cost, Schedule, Quality of Work)

  3. Plan and take adaptive actions

  4. Report Project Status

  5. Close out the Project (Completion Criteria)

  6. Document lessons learnt (Project Notebook)

  7. Identify Shakeholders

  8. Design Communications Strategy for meeting Stakeholders’ needs

  9. Develop Communications Plan

  10. Integrate Project Management (Processes) with Leadership (People) Skills

  11. Do next for next better project leadership skills

Pre-requisite

Individual has experienced in involving in a project.
